Thomas Mills is a second-generation Orange County resident. His mother grew up in Chapel Hill and after he graduated from UNC, Thomas stayed in the area to build a career and raise his family. During his time here, he’s owned property in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, and northern Chatham County. He knows and loves the region.
Thomas has worn many hats in his life. He was a carpenter as a young man and has since built and remodeled numerous houses. He also worked as social worker for several years before becoming a political consultant, working on political campaigns across North Carolina and the country for almost 25 years.
Through it all, real estate was his hobby. Now, he wants to use the knowledge he’s gained to help other people benefit from the property they own or find their next home, investment, or getaway. Thomas knows the area, the real estate market, and the people. And he has a network that spans the state. He hopes to use those relationships to connect sellers to buyers.
