KEITH TEHAN

Keith brings a wealth of experience to the firm.  He is a graduate of UNC and native North Carolinian with a diverse background that readily applies to managing a real estate firm.  Keith was initially in sales in the printing industry assisting all types of businesses with marketing and production supplies.  This experience gave him insight into the most efficient and effective way to run a business.  From there, Keith spent many successful years in management, from restaurants to property management firms with responsibilities that span dealing with all types of people and transactions. Keith is also a licensed insurance agent.  His experience in insurance and property management enhances his natural affinity for construction and renovations to property.  With the asset of attention to detail, Keith can quickly and thoroughly assess the pro and cons of a property’s build.

Keith is a listener and rarely forgets a name or fact.  In this fast paced world he does not miss a detail. Outside of being our nucleus, Keith can be found fishing, riding his steel horse like the wind or enjoying live music.
